I support couples and parents, especially in intercultural and early-parenthood contexts, with warmth, empathy, and practical guidance and help strengthen connection, understanding, and trust. Many clients appreciate my calm and attentive presence, my ability to truly listen, and the way I help them restore connection and understanding, even in challenging moments.
My approach is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe that real change and stronger bonds emerge when partners and parents feel safe to express and share their emotions. I work in a structured way while respecting each family’s unique dynamics and cultural background.
I have extensive experience working with intercultural couples, new parents, and families navigating communication challenges and relational patterns. What draws me to EFT is its effectiveness in strengthening emotional connections and fostering lasting change—always with understanding, never judgment.
My passion is supporting intercultural couples—helping them navigate cultural differences and build a shared life. This work is so meaningful because cultural differences can create unique challenges, but also opportunities for deeper understanding and growth. I also focus on couples with young children, as this stage brings both joy and stress, and maintaining connection as partners is essential not only for the relationship but also for the well-being of the whole family.
Clients often choose to work with me because they are looking for a compassionate, personalized approach—a safe space to share their story and practical guidance to nurture their relationship or family life. My goal is for people to feel heard, supported, and more connected, building trust and closeness in their relationships.
